RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY AZ International LLC will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in their original condition when returned. For a full refund, bring or ship your item within 3 days from the receipt of the original order. Returns after 3 days are considered exchanges and are valid for merchandise credit only. Exchanges are up to 30 Days. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL. This policy does not apply to custom-ordered items and paddings.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DEALERS As a wholesale distributor of fine-quality rugs, AZ asks customers to honor the integrity of each sale’s QUANTITY BASE RATE “
QBR”. After inspection and acceptance of the bulk deal, customers must avoid introducing other separate rugs into the agreement because it will alter the QBR.
CONSIGNMENT TERMS DEALERS / STORES CARRYING OUR PRODUCT /SAMPLES
The above-listed items in this invoice are consigned to you for a limited time and shall remain properties of AZ International, LLC until paid for in full. While in your possession, you are responsible to fully insure said items. You are responsible for returning the consigned items back (ship fully insured at your own cost) to AZ International, LLC upon demand, by due date, or pay for them in full.
TRIAL TERMSCONSIGNING RUG (S) FOR TRIAL at HOME
AZ offers customers the option to try out rugs in their own homes. Customers have 4 days to evaluate the rugs’ suitability. During that time, the customer must guard against all damage to the rugs, especially pet stains. The customer is also expected to return the rug by the due date. Shipping instructions are on AZ’s website, www.haliusa.com, under “Return Policy.”
